Through our compliance journey, we have helped dozens of construction developers and compliance organizations navigate through various affordable multi-family housing and extensive construction public works projects.

In our 25 years, we have had the luxury of helping local communities employ workers through Section 3 and Local Hire Programs. In construction, it is essential to not only comply with federal and state laws but also to lend a helping hand to the community that supports our mission. Without the community, there would not be a business in construction.

Our Services

Labor Compliance CA, LLC offers 3rd party labor compliance consulting on national development projects. As a 3rd Party Labor Compliance Consultant, we partner with awarding bodies to achieve the mandated State and Federal Labor Standards. We provide general contractors, developers, and housing authorities the confidence to achieve and exceed the awarding body’s expectations.

We work actively to achieve compliance with Section 3 requirements, Local Hire requirements, Apprenticeship Standards, Payment of Wages, and the Distribution of Project Compliance Documents to ultimately lead to the delivery of a timely project that meets regulatory standards. We have implemented thriving HUD Section 3 Plans/Project Labor Agreement, Local Hire Coordination & Monitoring, and Skilled/Trained Workforce Utilization to make project completion seamless.
